Michael Adler (CIPP/E) has cultivated expertise in data protection law since 2016, focusing on US and EU legislation, as well as AI regulation. He applies his diverse experience in law, government, and the tech industry to help businesses follow the fast-changing rules in these areas. He began his career at the Defense Intelligence Agency before becoming a lawyer and working at two Top 50 firms, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Dechert LLP, and the federal courts.
In 2014, Michael began working with tech companies, including household names such as Amazon and Autodesk, in addition to his work with startups.
Since then, Michael has spent more than a decade developing a unique experience in data privacy, artificial intelligence, and all of the regulations facing businesses today. Michael is passionate about helping businesses adopt practical, actionable strategies for long-term success.
